• Develop eLearning content using Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline) based on provided outlines, source materials, and learning objectives. • Apply foundational instructional design principles, including adult learning theory, cognitive load considerations, and Bloom’s Taxonomy. • Support the design of scenario-based learning experiences that reinforce real-world application (e.g., clinical, operational workflows). • Write clear, measurable learning objectives aligned to desired behavior and performance outcomes. • Build knowledge checks and assessments that align to learning objectives and support evaluation of learner understanding. • Translate subject matter expert (SME) input into structured, learner-centered content using established instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE). • Create job aids, facilitator guides, and supporting materials to reinforce learning in clinical and operational settings. • Upload, organize, and maintain learning content within the LMS (Docebo), including course setup and learning plan alignment. • Schedule and manage Instructor-Led Trainings (ILTs) and Virtual Instructor-Led Trainings (VILTs) in Docebo. • Edit and update existing courses to improve clarity, engagement, accuracy, and consistency. • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, tone, accessibility (WCAG basics), and compliance expectations. • Support rapid development timelines across multiple concurrent projects. • Collaborate with L&D leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to support training initiatives.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline).
- Experience working within an LMS (Docebo experience preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Foundational knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Exposure to instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, or Agile learning approaches).
- Experience designing scenario-based learning or case-based training.
- Familiarity with Bloom’s Taxonomy and writing measurable learning objectives.
- Exposure to assessment design and evaluation methods (e.g., Kirkpatrick Levels 1–4).
