Position Overview: Under the direction of the Chief Data & Analytics, the Manager, Technical Program Management Products is a senior cross-functional leader responsible for driving the end-to-end development, deployment, and operationalization of data products that support the firm's Practice, Growth, and Functional segments. Operating within the Enterprise Data organization, this role bridges technical data engineering teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver governed, scalable data solutions that generate measurable business value. The Manager, Technical Program Management will own business requirements, program roadmaps, manage complex multi-stream delivery schedules, and serve as the primary point of accountability for ensuring data products meet quality, compliance, and performance standards across the firm's business lines. Responsibilities Essential Responsibilities: - Define and manage end-to-end program roadmaps for data product initiatives across Practice, Growth, and Functional segments, from discovery through production deployment. - Develop integrated project plans with clearly defined milestones, dependencies, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies. - Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and quarterly planning sessions across multiple concurrent workstreams. - Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including data engineers, data scientists, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders. - Track and report program health via KPIs, OKRs, and structured status reporting to senior leadership and segment executives. - Partner with product managers and domain leads to define data product requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics aligned to segment-specific business outcomes. - Oversee technical design reviews, architecture decisions, and data modeling processes to ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, and aligned with enterprise data strategy. - Serve as the primary liaison between the Data & Analytics function and Practice and Growth. - Maintain comprehensive program documentation, decision logs, and RACI matrices to support audit trails and change management. - Mentor and coach junior program managers, scrum masters, and technical leads within the Data & Analytics organization. - Champion organizational change management for new data product rollouts, including training, communication, and adoption tracking. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. - 7+ years of progressive experience in technical program management, with a minimum of 3 years focused on data product delivery. - Demonstrated experience managing data programs within professional services, financial services, or similarly regulated industries. - Proven track record managing concurrent multi-stakeholder programs. - Experience with modern data stack technologies including cloud data warehouses, data lakehouse architectures, orchestration tools, and BI platforms. Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree or MBA with a technology concentration. - PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional). - SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification. - Relevant cloud platform certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP). The estimated base pay range for this role is $117,000 to $158,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases.
