SME Network and Computer Systems Administrator

Digital Management LLC

• Senior technical authority on enterprise infrastructure operations within the TALON program • Provide expert-level guidance on complex network and systems engineering challenges • Advise engineering teams, the O&M contractor, and TSA leadership on infrastructure architecture and best practices • Resolve escalated technical issues and ensure operational continuity • Provide technical oversight and quality review of infrastructure designs and transition packages • Contribute to strategic decisions regarding infrastructure modernization and cloud-native services • Support the development of TSA’s enterprise standards for Active Directory, endpoint management, virtualization, and system hardening

Job Requirements

  • 9 years of advanced network and systems administration experience in large federal or enterprise environments
  • Expert-level proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, and endpoint management platforms
  • Experience serving as a technical authority in complex, multi-vendor federal IT environments
  • U.S. citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident status with the ability to obtain TSA fitness determination
  • Availability to support after-hours infrastructure maintenance as directed by the TSA Contracting Officer
  • Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.

Learn more at www.dminc.com About the Opportunity DMI (Digital Management, Inc.) is looking for a Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) System Administrator (SA) that reports to the Operations Manager. The RHEL SA will support and troubleshoot RHEL issues relating to performance and compliance at a minimum. Assists in managing all aspects of information technology (IT) system security as it applies to the Risk Management Framework. Conducts investigations in anomalies found during audit trail analysis. Assists with regular vulnerability scans, improvements, and patching of RHEL systems. Investigates and resolves RHEL problems. Uses skills, knowledge, and resources to diagnose, determine, and solve RHEL related problems. Stays current with RHEL developments. Helps prepare for IT hardware replacements and upgrades. Maintains and enforces Government computer and information security policies and procedures. Interfaces with the customer, other team members, and vendors as required. Provides support to the organizational Information Assurance team as required. Performs various administration duties as required.
