• Manage projects by working collaboratively with our Project Leaders and clients to exceed expectations. • Responsible for planning, executing, and supporting cross-team collaboration while ensuring successful completion of client projects within the allotted timeline and budget. • Engage from the beginning of an engagement through closeout. • Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables. • Communicate proactively the status, issues, and risks involved in the project to all stakeholders including Senior Leadership. • Track time, scope and level of effort for each project.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
  • Proven track record of managing and understanding all aspects of a project lifecycle.
  • Experience in managing timelines, budget and working cross-functionally.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office and project management tools (ex: SmartSheets, Trello, Basecamp. ClickUp, etc.)
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of change management and performance evaluation processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and challenging deadlines.
