National Commercial Technology Sales Executive

• Build and expand a portfolio of clients by networking and marketing across regions and industries. • Prepare presentations and sales visits tailored to clients' national operations and unique needs. • Establish yearly sales goals and implement plans to meet or exceed targets. • Act as a technical advisor, providing clients with solutions that include hardware, software, professional services, and managed services. • Perform on-site surveys and customer demos, as needed, across various locations. • Work closely with architects, interior designers, general contractors, electricians, and other trade partners to deliver cohesive solutions. • Collaborate with manufacturers, strategic partners, and internal teams nationwide to support client projects. • Drive standards-based solutions with recommended maintenance and managed services tailored to national clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; 3+ years of experience in commercial technology or workspace technology sales.
- Proven ability to develop, prospect, network, and grow a national portfolio of clients.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a high-performing environment.
- Understanding of maintenance and managed services as key components of solution delivery.
- Exceptional vendor and client management skills, including collaboration with technicians, programmers, and support teams.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring others and fostering team growth.

• Deliver marketing generated sales presentations over the computer using screen-sharing technology • Develop relationships with prospective owners by soliciting and following up on referrals and leads • Cater the sales experience to the individual needs and preferences of each potential owner • Follow through with the sales contract process to ensure that all required paperwork and legally required documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner • Maintain the customer relationship after the sale is complete to ensure continued owner satisfaction
• Take charge of the entire sales cycle, from the initial engagement to the successful closure of contracts. • Facilitate the smooth transition of clients from closed sales to implementation. • Formulate and execute a regional sales strategy aimed at expanding market share partnerships for Clearway Health. • Foster and manage relationships with consultants, channel partners, and other key contacts within health systems to continually bolster the sales pipeline.
