• Lead and execute UX/UI design for key product initiatives • Develop and apply UX strategy that aligns user needs with business objectives • Translate partner needs and business goals into thoughtful design solutions • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs • Contribute to and evolve design systems, patterns, and standards across multiple brands • Conduct and operationalize user research, usability testing, and analytic insights • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Content, Development, and Marketing teams • Advocate for human-centered design and UX best practices • Mentor other designers through collaborative and impactful design feedback • Present and collaborate on design with stakeholders and leadership
Job Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Web Design, or Digital Product Design
- Submission of a portfolio demonstrating UX strategy, full-life-cycle design thinking and polished creative marketing design
- Experience designing for web and/or mobile products at scale
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, or similar
- Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual marketing design
- Ability to balance user needs, client needs, and business objectives
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills while working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

This role is responsible for turning product opportunities into clear concepts, improved designs, factory-ready instructions, and better final products. You will work closely with leadership, product development, design, sourcing, and factories to help create products that are more functional, more differentiated, and more premium than what already exists in the market. We are looking for someone who can help bring structure, speed, and creative thinking to product development — someone who can take rough ideas, improve them, visualize them clearly, and help move them toward production.
