Real Estate Sales Consultant

• Conduct negotiations with prospective clients • Actively prospect new clients • Perform consultative sales by identifying client needs • Manage and maintain an active client portfolio • Use CRM to record and track client interactions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • Experience in sales and negotiation
  • Postgraduate degree in Commercial Management preferred
  • Knowledge of sales techniques
  • Sales certifications are a plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Resilience and adaptability
