Job Summary: The Princ Enterprise AI Solutions Architect is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI and BI solutions across the organization, establishing enterprise-wide frameworks, standards, and best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and high-impact outcomes. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify strategic opportunities, translates business requirements into robust technical solutions, and champions data governance, ethical AI use, and cloud integration. The incumbent serves as a visionary leader, driving innovation, setting technical direction, and mentoring teams to deliver AI-enabled capabilities that empower business transformation and support organizational objectives. Enterprise AI Solutioning - Identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements across departments (Operations, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing). - Design and implement scalable AI solutions for predictive analytics, automation, and generative AI use cases. - Develop proof-of-concepts and convert successful pilots into production-ready systems. AI & BI Capability Building - Partner with IT leadership to define the vision, roadmap, and operating model for an AI/BI group. - Establish standards for data governance, model lifecycle management, and ethical AI practices. - Create reusable frameworks, templates, and playbooks for AI solution delivery. Integration & Enablement - Work with business units to integrate AI into existing workflows and enterprise applications. - Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure high-quality, governed data pipelines. - Provide training and mentorship to IT and business teams on AI tools and best practices. Governance & Security - Implement privacy-by-design principles, role-based access control, and compliance guardrails. - Ensure all AI solutions align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Continuous Improvement - Monitor deployed models for performance, drift, and bias; implement retraining strategies. - Optimize solutions for scalability, cost efficiency, and user adoption. Education, Experience/Knowledge & License/Certification - Hands-on experience (5+ years preferred) in AI/ML development and solution architecture. - Proven ability to deliver enterprise AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. - Strong proficiency in: - Programming: Python (required), experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn). - Data Handling: SQL, data modeling, ETL processes. - Experience with cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and MLOps practices. - Familiarity with generative AI, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). - Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in enterprise environments. • Serving as the technical expert for Zero Trust Architecture in Cloud environments, focusing on AWS, Azure, and GCP • Collaborating with sales and engineering teams to provide technical insights that influence the Product roadmap • Leading conversations about Zero Trust Security trends, strategies, and deployment with customers at all organizational levels • Running customer Proof-of-Value engagements in collaboration with Sales Engineers, demonstrating Zscaler’s unique value proposition • Providing competitive insights and positioning Zscaler solutions as the best alternative

• Direct hands-on execution and delivery of large, complex projects of global scope, ensuring all functional aspects of the Accounts Receivable and Advanced Collections Oracle Cloud modules are addressed. • Work closely with IT, other architects, functional, and technical peers, as well as business partners, to ensure the delivery of strategic business objectives and proper ERP solutions. • Work closely with technology peers to meet/maintain architectural best practices/standards and appropriate technical governance. • Design, configure, test, and deploy Oracle Cloud processes and procedures, including the creation and execution of test plans using best practices and standard tools. • Assist architect(s) in the creation and maintenance of the multi-year finance platform roadmap.
