What You'll Do: This position involves being a technician supporting chemical applications and this employee will be working with a local Solenis teams. In this position the employee will be trained to conduct lab testing, repair and install chemical feed equipment, input numbers into excel, inventory control, chemical transfers, and maintain a positive customer (mill personnel) relationship. - The primary resource who performs routine testing and monitoring at the customer site including data entry and contributes to service report preparation - Interfaces with the customer to understand any issues with chemicals or equipment. - Manages product inventory at the customer including deliveries to process units and offloading to customer tanks. - Adjusts chemical feed levels to meet optimal chemical performance based on routine testing and monitoring; Delivers chemical and compiles trial data at the customer site - Alerts the site manager of any problems or opportunities with the customer and begins to troubleshoot issues - Conducts expanded testing of process variables to identify dosage improvements or mechanical impacts - Specs out, sets up, maintains and troubleshoots monitoring and feed equipment - Works with the site team and customers to ensure optimal program performance. At Aflac, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role to allow for future and continued salary growth, and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case.
