Remote/Commuter Opportunity - Open to candidates within the United States POSITION SUMMARY: The Associate Director, Omnichannel Operation Business Partner will be responsible for facilitating the collaboration on the development, implementation and deployment of omnichannel initiatives across enabling functions to ensure timely delivery of the initiatives to inhouse digital operation that deliver effective Omnichannel customer experiences for the organization. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Provide omnichannel Subject Matter Expertise and digital operation stewardship to internal functions including technology, data and analytics team as well as external partners to ensure alignment and accountability on omnichannel operational initiatives across cross-functional teams. - Assist the Omnichannel lead to define and execute on the short-term Omnichannel roadmap and facilitate the implementation and deployment of the digital solutions through pilot opportunities. - Establishing documentation and processing to drive omnichannel best practices by performing website analytics, developing SOP, consistent data collection/tagging strategy, standardized workflow etc to bring efficiency to omnichannel platform and process. - Provide strategic thinking to inform long-term omnichannel capability roadmap and strategic planning that will evolve the way Lundbeck engages HCPs, patients, and payors. - Conduct performance assessment and quality check on the selection, implementation, and management of technologies that enhance omni-channel execution. - Translate business requirements into implementable omni-channel technology specification. Identify, communication any potential gaps and work with a liaison between business units and the technology team to develop solutions. - Partners with cross functional teams and business units to actively influence tactical planning by providing direction on operational know-how across digital channels (Media, CRM, Websites, IVA, VAE, etc.). REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and SKILLS: - Accredited Bachelor’s degree - 5+ years of relevant experience in digital operations, omnichannel marketing, technology in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry or experience in consulting activities for the pharmaceutical or biotech industry with strong commercial experiences in omni-channel activation, or digital marketing, with a focus on leading teams and driving activation strategies. - Strong expertise and hands-on experience in Adobe technology stack, website analytics, digital data/platform enablement and digital operation. - Experience in marketing enablement, marketing automation, and journey orchestration within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. - Proven experience in managing external vendors to support omni-channel marketing efforts. - Expertise in web technology/platform and IT processes.
