The Senior Tax Analyst will play a key role within the Corporate Tax Department, with a primary focus on tax accounting, domestic tax compliance, and monthly/quarterly tax reporting. This role will support the U.S. income tax provision process, assist with preparing tax provisions for select foreign entities, prepare federal and state tax filings, support journal entries and reconciliations, and help ensure the accuracy of tax-related financial information. The Senior Tax Analyst will collaborate with other team members and cross-functional partners to address tax accounting matters, contribute to process improvements, and support strategic initiatives. Role Summary: The Credit Analyst is responsible for assessing customer credit position, negotiating past due accounts, customer set-up, and accuracy in billing. This position will focus on new and existing customer aging, past due, terms and credit limit reviews. This position will also be responsible for releasing orders for customers going into Hold Validation, Credit Analyst must be able to quickly assess TireHub’s risk to release orders for these customers. When we commit to a job, we get the job done – and we do it fast.  Role Specifics: - Reviews and establishes customer accounts to be set-up in our ERP to assure accurate billing. - Assists with managing, generating, and monitoring customer data and ensures accurate customer billing. - Responsible for enforcement of credit policies, conducting periodic reviews of existing customers’ credit and evaluating the creditworthiness for prospective customers. - Oversees the order release for customers entering a Hold Validation status. - Evaluates TireHub’s risk before releasing orders to customers. - Engages with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination in achieving TireHub’s objectives. - Participates and maintains ongoing training requirements through in-class, in-person, or computer-based learning modules, as assigned. - Complies with all TireHub policies and procedures. - Completes other tasks assigned by their supervisor or another member of leadership. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - 2+ Years of experience in a Credit Analyst role - Experience with Epicor systems preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred. - Experience in an industrial and/or warehousing environment. Working Conditions: - Most of the time is spent sitting, constantly viewing monitors in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move around. There may be occasions to move or lift light articles. - Must be able to work flexible hours during routinely critical times to include extended day, evening, and weekend work (including Saturday) may be required as job duties demand and may include little to no advance notice.
