Role Summary: The Credit Analyst is responsible for assessing customer credit position, negotiating past due accounts, customer set-up, and accuracy in billing. This position will focus on new and existing customer aging, past due, terms and credit limit reviews. This position will also be responsible for releasing orders for customers going into Hold Validation, Credit Analyst must be able to quickly assess TireHub’s risk to release orders for these customers. When we commit to a job, we get the job done – and we do it fast.  Role Specifics: - Reviews and establishes customer accounts to be set-up in our ERP to assure accurate billing. - Assists with managing, generating, and monitoring customer data and ensures accurate customer billing. - Responsible for enforcement of credit policies, conducting periodic reviews of existing customers’ credit and evaluating the creditworthiness for prospective customers. - Oversees the order release for customers entering a Hold Validation status. - Evaluates TireHub’s risk before releasing orders to customers. - Engages with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination in achieving TireHub’s objectives. - Participates and maintains ongoing training requirements through in-class, in-person, or computer-based learning modules, as assigned. - Complies with all TireHub policies and procedures. - Completes other tasks assigned by their supervisor or another member of leadership. Education/Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent work experience preferred. - 1+ Years of experience in a Master Data or similar functions. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Exceptional communication and presentation skills both written and verbal, to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely. - Understanding of best practices in credit, billing, and collections. - Ability to multi-task and achieve customer impacting deadlines in credit, billing, and collections. - Ability to interact with customers, and cross functional teams to solve problems and provide guidance. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - 2+ Years of experience in a Credit Analyst role - Experience with Epicor systems preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred. - Experience in an industrial and/or warehousing environment. Working Conditions: - Most of the time is spent sitting, constantly viewing monitors in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move around. There may be occasions to move or lift light articles. - Must be able to work flexible hours during routinely critical times to include extended day, evening, and weekend work (including Saturday) may be required as job duties demand and may include little to no advance notice. • Provide customer support via chat, answering questions and resolving issues related to Contmatic Phoenix products • Deliver the highest level of customer support, with a commitment to exceptional service • Ensure delivery of success KPIs related to the support strategy and drive actions to achieve individual targets • Be proactive in building and maintaining customer relationships • Record all customer interactions in the support system • Participate in trainings and updates on Contmatic Phoenix products and services • Work closely with other support team members and internal departments • Share knowledge and best practices with the team to continuously improve service delivery

• Work in the Project Delivery area, delivering Cloud solutions according to the scope defined in projects. • Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies of the major clouds (Azure, GCP, AWS, etc.). • Configure and manage Cloud services (virtual machines, virtual networks, storage, databases, app services, etc.) according to project requirements. • Provide technical enablement to clients during project execution. • Collaborate with technical teams (DevOps, Security, Data, etc.) to deploy applications to Azure, GCP and AWS. • Collaborate with stakeholder areas on scope definitions, technical proposals, architecture and solution validation. • Monitor Cloud service performance and take corrective actions when necessary during project execution. • Provide technical consulting to Solo clients, troubleshooting issues and answering questions during project execution. • Stay current on Cloud trends and technologies by participating in training and conferences. • Participate in technical meetings and discussions to provide insights and guidance on the Clouds supported by Solo. • Document configurations and procedures performed in projects for future reference. • Provide Technical Support to Solo Network clients. • Support the definition of Project architecture. • Automate infrastructure tasks (IaC) using market-standard tools such as ARM, PowerShell, Azure CLI, Terraform, etc.

• Successfully grow the Mudflap Fuel Card product while managing the profitability of the portfolio • Ensure that the loss rates of the Mudflap Fuel Card align with risk appetite and profitability goals • Determine KPIs to assess the success of the Mudflap Fuel Card • Develop and implement policies and procedures that reduce credit and fraud risk for Mudflap • Develop repayment and collection strategies to improve the recovery of delinquent accounts • Partner with operations and product teams to implement credit and collections strategies • Develop next generation credit risk financial models and best-in-class monitoring framework • Shape the future of our credit card/credit program using various tools and methodologies: multi-product internal data, credit bureaus and alternative data sources • Partner with the leadership and product teams to develop and launch new credit products as Mudflap expands its offerings
