Descripción del puesto Brindar apoyo directo a la Dirección General en la gestión administrativa, coordinación de agendas, comunicaciones internas y externas, y seguimiento de proyectos clave para garantizar el cumplimiento de objetivos estratégicos. Buscamos a una persona organizada, discreta, proactiva y con habilidades comunicativas que pueda gestionar múltiples tareas con prioridad y eficiencia. Responsabilidades principales - Gestión y coordinación de agenda, citas, reuniones y viajes nacionales e internacionales. - Preparación, revisión y control de correspondencia, presentaciones, informes y documentos de trabajo. - Atención a llamadas y comunicaciones con clientes, proveedores y colaboradores, manejando información con confidencialidad. - Organización y seguimiento de reuniones: logística, convocatorias, actas y seguimiento de acuerdos. - Apoyo en la elaboración y control de reportes periódicos para la Dirección. - Coordinación con áreas internas para el cumplimiento de proyectos y solicitudes de la Dirección. - Gestión de gastos y comprobación de viáticos, facturas y solicitudes de pago. - Archivo y mantenimiento de expedientes físicos y electrónicos, asegurando el orden y la trazabilidad de la documentación. - Participación en proyectos especiales y tareas administrativas ad hoc que requiera la Dirección. Requisitos - Escolaridad: Carrera técnica o licenciatura trunca/terminada en Administración, Comunicación, Relaciones Públicas, Psicología o afín. - Experiencia: 2 a 4 años en roles de asistencia ejecutiva, asistente de dirección o puestos administrativos de alta responsabilidad. - Dominio de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) indispensable. - Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita. - Organización, manejo de prioridades, proactividad y discreción con información sensible. - Disponibilidad para desplazamientos ocasionales y flexibilidad de horario según necesidades del puesto. - Inglés avanzado Competencias - Capacidad de planificación y gestión del tiempo. - Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir objetivos. - Orientación al detalle y calidad en la entrega de resultados. - Trabajo en equipo y orientación al servicio interno. - Confidencialidad y ética profesional.
