Summary We are seeking a Technical Interviewer for a high-impact, part-time (approx. 20 hours per week) engagement. This role is designed for a highly experienced professional with a deep development background and leadership expertise to spearhead our technical evaluation process. You will leverage your extensive polyglot programming expertise and your mastery of agentic AI workflows to ensure we hire the right-fit developers. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of technical depth, architectural foresight, and the ability to evaluate both human potential and advanced AI competencies. Education - Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. Professional Experience - 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong polyglot background. - Proven track record in leadership roles such as Engineering Manager or Tech Lead. - Extensive experience conducting high-stakes technical interviews and designing evaluation frameworks. - Significant experience building and deploying AI-driven solutions, specifically focusing on agentic workflows and LLM integration. Key Responsibilities - Lead and execute deep-dive technical interviews for Advanced, Senior, Staff, and Principal level candidates across various technology stacks. - Design and refine technical assessment rubrics that evaluate coding proficiency, system design, and AI-native development skills. - Evaluate candidates' ability to work with AI agents and integrate "agentic" thinking into the software development lifecycle. - Provide high-level mentorship and technical calibration for the internal recruiting and engineering teams. - Oversee the quality and consistency of the technical hiring bar across multiple departments. - Required Technical Skills - Expert-level proficiency in multiple languages (e.g., Python, Java, .Net, Node.js, or Go). - Deep understanding of AI agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, etc.), RAG architectures, and using AI to augment engineering productivity. - Mastery of distributed systems, microservices, and scalable cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure). - Leadership: Experience managing engineering teams, defining technical roadmaps, and making final hiring decisions. Nice to Have - Active contribution to open-source projects or the AI research community. - Experience implementing AI-driven automation within the recruitment or HR Tech space. - Prior experience as a consultant or dedicated technical interviewer for high-growth tech firms.
