• We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) to join our small but dynamic and fast-paced team. • This role will be an integral part of the finance team supporting transportation initiatives and responsible for the preparation of financial forecasts, perform detailed variance analysis, create operational performance reporting, and build board/investor materials. • The SFA will play a critical role in ensuring that the company is able to execute its strategic plans and achieve profitable growth. • This role will be the liaison between Finance and the Transportation team, enhancing our ability to forecast, set targets, and measure Transportation cost performance across the company. • This role will also partner with others on the FP&A team to enhance ship margin analysis, reporting, and forecasting and will also aid in other strategic projects & ad-hoc work as necessary. • This role reports to the FP&A Manager.

• Leads project finance operations including financial reporting and analysis • Oversees all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems • Maintains and monitors project budgets and prepares project invoices • Prepares and ensures accuracy of wire transfer processing • Prepares annual Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA) submission • Provides input in the development of departmental policies and procedures • Prepares and presents accurate financial reports and analysis • Supports the development of long-range financial forecasts • Independently prepares and submits donor financial reports • Supports all audit activities and ensures compliance

• Building the company’s financial reporting system. • Designing and implementing budgeting and financial planning processes. • Managing and monitoring cash flow, including cash flow reporting. • Preparing management reporting (P&L, plan vs actual, unit economics) for leadership. • Creating financial reports and materials for investors and financial funds. • Controlling and optimizing transactional and operational expenses. • Building financial models to assess business initiatives, growth scenarios, and investments. • Clearly communicating financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
