Shared Imaging is looking for a Full Time Regional Operations Manager in South Central Region. The ideal candidate must possess: - Effective organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage at all levels of the organization. - Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. - Formal process and quality management training such as lean six sigma. - A solid understanding of P&L reports and the drivers behind profitability. - A positive track record of B2B customer engagement and management preferably with healthcare providers. - 3-5 years leadership and management experience with expense management responsibility. - Experience creating and cultivating engaged, self-directed teams. - Above average skill-level with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Education, Experience and Travel - Master Degree Preferred. - Bachelor Degree Minimum. - Knowledge of the US healthcare industry, diagnostic imaging trends and technology. - Graduate of an approved radiology technology program and is/was ARRT registered or MRI registered by an approved registry organization Preferred. - Minimum of 2-3 years as an X-Ray, CT or MRI Technologist Preferred. - Radiology Department Manager Preferred. - Work from home, with overnight travel (5-7 nights/month). The role is responsible for ensuring network availability, performance and service continuity by managing alarms, troubleshooting faults and coordinating with field teams and vendors.
