SI Partner Solutions Enablement Principal
Sigma Computing (hiring!)
• Lead hands-on delivery of global technical enablement and certifications program • Ensure partners are fully equipped to design, build, and administer advanced Sigma solutions • Delivery of monthly specialist training programs covering AI Apps, Embedding, and Administration • Act as the primary technical authority for partner enablement • Plan and execute a high volume of global training sessions across EMEA, APJ, North America, and LATAM • Track training effectiveness, participation, and outcomes to inform ongoing improvements • Represent Sigma as a technical educator at partner summits, enablement events, and internal forums
Job Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in solution engineering, partner enablement, or consulting delivery
- Familiarity with cloud data ecosystems: Snowflake, Sigma, dbt, Databricks, etc.
- Strong SQL skills, with hands-on exposure to BI, data warehousing, or embedded analytics
- Comfort in customer- and partner-facing technical roles
- Preferred Certifications:
- SnowPro Core or Advanced Architect
- Databricks Certified Associate Developer or Data Engineer
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a high-growth, dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel globally 75%+
