What You’ll Do Looking for an opportunity to grow your career within UI/UX Development? TTEC is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. You'll report to the Director, Learning Innovation & Process Optimization. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-centric digital experiences that meet our clients' needs and business goals. The ideal candidate should have experience in both UI and UX design, a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. During a Typical Day, You’ll · Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs. · Develop user personas, user journeys, and wireframes that illustrate design concepts and solutions. · Design high-quality interfaces and user experiences that are visually appealing, intuitive, and consistent with industry best practices and brand guidelines. · Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on designs as needed. · Create interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and learners. · Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently. · Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually improve design skills and techniques. What You Bring to the Role · Bachelor's degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction, or a related field. · Strong portfolio showcasing UI and UX design skills and a process-oriented approach to design. · Proficiency in Figma & Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator) · Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies. · Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices for mobile and web interfaces. · Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. · Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating great user experiences. · Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
