Practice Executive Senior Director Position Summary The Practice Executive Senior Director will be similar to a Epic Global Account Manager type of role and is a senior enterprise and strategic relationship leader responsible for enhancing global revenue growth, strategic alignment, and executive engagement across Epic Systems and aligned healthcare ecosystem partners. This role owns the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution of growth connected with Epic System solutions, while ensuring successful “sell-in, sell-with, sell-through, and sell-to” motions. The Epic Practice Executive Senior Director serves as the executive point of accountability for Epic partnership growth, complex contract negotiation, global stakeholder alignment, and healthcare technology modernization initiatives. Additionally, this role leads executive relationship management with KLAS Research to strengthen market positioning, industry perception, and performance recognition. Key Responsibilities 1. Global Epic Account Leadership - Own and manage the global strategic relationship between the organization and Epic Systems. - Develop and execute multi-year global account strategies aligned to Epic’s corporate objectives and care delivery models. - Drive GTM alignment across multiple lines of business and geographies. - Enable field sales teams on Epic-aligned strategies and solutions to accelerate revenue growth. - Lead strategic planning across diverse healthcare delivery settings (large public single-payer systems, IDNs, academic medical centers, community hospitals, ambulatory networks, and private practices). - Maintain accountability for revenue growth, pipeline development, margin performance, and market expansion. - Validate reference architectures for various solutions such as Epic on AWS or Epic on Azure, aligned to best support Epic community members in an effective fashion. 2. Revenue Growth & Business Development - Direct alignment towards year-over-year revenue growth expectations for hunting and farming ecosystem within NTT DATA. - Identify expansion opportunities across health systems, health plans looking to leverage Epic payer platform and life sciences, and emerging care models leverage Epic integrations. - Structure and negotiate complex, multi-year, multimillion-dollar global agreements, as needed - Develop differentiated sales motions aligned to Epic’s ecosystem and customer maturity. - Drive sales enablement efforts to educate teams on Epic’s operating model and solution integration. 3. Executive Relationship Management - Cultivate and maintain trusted C-level relationships across Epic, provider organizations, and strategic partners. - Act as executive liaison between cross-functional teams, internal leadership, and Epic stakeholders. - Facilitate collaboration across engineering, infrastructure, cloud, managed services, security, and integration teams. - Represent the organization in executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions. 4.
