This role will manage benefits across a diverse and distributed workforce spanning the United States, India, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and parts of Europe. What you'll do: Global Benefits Strategy & Design - Develop and execute a comprehensive global benefits strategy aligned with company goals, talent philosophy, and market competitiveness - Continuously benchmark programs across regions (US, India, UK, EU, APAC) to ensure relevance and effectiveness - Partner with executive leadership (CFO, CHRO, CEO) to shape long-term benefits vision and investment strategy Benefits Operations & Administration - Oversee end-to-end benefits administration, with a strong focus on the US, UK & India - Provide governance and oversight for benefits programs - Ensure compliance with all local regulations including FMLA, LOA policies, pension requirements, and statutory benefits - Manage annual renewals, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization initiatives Vendor & Stakeholder Management - Serve as the primary liaison with brokers (including Sequoia), insurance carriers, and third-party administrators - Partner closely with Payroll, HR Business Partners, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless program execution - Drive strong vendor performance management and service delivery standards Program Management & Execution - Lead design and administration of core benefits programs including: - Health, Life, AD&D - Dental and Vision - Retirement programs (401(k), pensions) - Leave programs (FMLA, LOA, global equivalents) - Own benefits lifecycle processes: enrolment, communications, audits, and reporting Analytics, Communication & Enablement - Leverage data and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness, cost trends, and employee engagement - Create clear, compelling communication materials and executive presentations - Enhance employee experience through simplified and transparent benefits education Digital Transformation & AI Enablement - Identify opportunities to automate and optimize benefits administration using digital tools and AI - Design or implement AI-driven solutions/agents to streamline processes such as query handling, enrolment support, and reporting - Drive operational efficiency and scalability across global benefits delivery What you'll bring: - 12-15 years of experience in global benefits, total rewards, or related HR domain - Strong expertise in US benefits programs (health, life, 401(k), FMLA, LOA) and UK, India, and global benefits frameworks - Proven experience managing both strategy and hands-on operations - Demonstrated success working with brokers (e.g., Sequoia), insurers, and global vendors - Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements across multiple geographies - Exceptional attention to detail and operational rigor - Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills (advanced Google Sheets) - Excellent communication and executive presentation skills - Ability to operate effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment - High ownership mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution - Experience in high-growth technology or global organizations - Exposure to benefits harmonization across regions - Hands-on experience building or deploying AI/automation solutions in HR or benefits administration Why This Role: This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and scale global benefits at a fast-growing company, working directly with senior leadership while driving both strategy and execution. What You Will Achieve As a Senior Manager, Document Quality Reviewer, you will manage projects and conduct document quality review (DQR) on the clinical components of documents authored by Vaccine Clinical Research (VCR) across VCR global sites. DQR includes clinical data checking/consistency checking, clinical editing, checking for uniformity and compliance with Pfizer and clinical guidelines. Day-to-day goals and priorities are guided by Vaccine Clinical Research objectives and priorities. How You Will Achieve It - Independently performs DQR of clinical components of assigned documents (e.g., protocols, clinical study reports, investigator brochures, manuscripts, summary documents, regulatory responses, etc.). Formally documents quality review findings for assigned documents. Identifies and immediately escalates any significant findings. - Participates in resolution of findings with the document authors, clinicians and other team members, if necessary. - Manages DQR document archival processes and procedures. - Independently produces style guides, manuals, and quality review work guides for Vaccine programs and documents, coordinating agreement on style issues within and across projects. - Leads and/or manages the completion of complex tasks by applying technical skills and specialized knowledge to communicate initial findings. - Analyzes DQR findings to identify root causes of errors and discrepancies and participate in corrective action planning. Leads the compilation and analysis of data quality metrics to ensure consistency of reviews. - As Subject Matter Expert (SME) of DQR/QC of clinical documents, leads quality activities, setting the standard for enhanced collaboration, delivery of project commitments, and customer satisfaction. - Participates on project teams, task forces, and/or working groups and develops recommendations for cross-Pfizer processes to ensure alignment with quality goals and other groups performing the same function. - Evaluates routine processes and procedures to identify areas that can be eliminated or streamlined. Makes recommendations on process improvements that could reduce recurring errors in documents. Basic Qualifications - BS/BA degree (preferably in English/journalism/communications or biological science). - 7+ years of experience in medical writing and/or DQR/QC of clinical documents in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry. - A thorough understanding of scientific principles, knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with the AMA Manual. - The ability to edit for clarity is required, as are strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to pay rigorous attention to detail while working rapidly and accurately.
