Job Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in an HR development role combining operational responsibilities and project management
- Broad knowledge of career and talent management topics (employee career paths, manager support, talent management)
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills with solid business acumen enabling smooth interactions with HR and business teams
- Excellent communication skills in French and English; able to write clear, impactful internal communications
