Summary: Staff designated at Dickinson Wright PLLC (“the Firm”) as Project Manager, Data & Innovation will play a critical role in advancing the firm’s strategic goals by ensuring effective project management practices across the organization. Project Manager, Data & Innovation will lead and deliver strategic projects that harness data and emerging technologies to improve firm operations. This role will be instrumental in driving innovation initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of data-driven solutions across the firm. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities of staff designated as Project Manager, Data & Innovation at the Firm include but are not limited to: - Project Leadership & Execution - Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders. - Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets. - Develop and maintain tools and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into project status, milestones, and KPIs for key stakeholders and leadership. - Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability. - Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes in scope. - Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, including regular status updates and executive reporting. - Innovation & Technology Enablement - Lead end-to-end project management for innovation and data-focused initiatives, from ideation through execution and post-implementation review. - Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (IT, Legal Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, etc.) to identify opportunities for innovation and operational improvement. - Facilitate the implementation of emerging legal technologies (e.g., AI, automation, etc.) that align with the firm’s strategic goals. - Coordinate pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives to evaluate innovative tools and methodologies. - Data Strategy & Analytics Projects - Oversee projects focused on data governance, analytics, and business intelligence. - Collaborate with data analysts and technical teams to deliver dashboards, reporting tools, and data infrastructure improvements. - Ensure data projects align with compliance, privacy, and security standards. - Change Management & Adoption - Develop and execute change management plans to support user adoption of new tools and processes. - Provide training, documentation, and support to end users and stakeholders. - Measure and report on adoption rates and project impact. Qualifications, Skills and Abilities Required: Project Manager, Data & Innovation must have: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field and/or a minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on legal or professional services environment. - Self-motivated individual able to independently manage multiple requests, assess priorities and achieve solutions in accordance with deadlines. - Advanced organizational skills, including the ability to manage a high volume of work with accuracy and attention to detail. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills at all levels within an organization and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with attorneys, clients and staff. - Ability to think strategically, prioritize effectively, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Predictive) and tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, JIRA). - Willingness to pursue relevant certifications such as PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or CMPAI (Certified Manager of Process Automation and Innovation), if not already held. Working Conditions: Normal law office environment with little exposure to noise, dust, temperature. This is a remote position. Ses missions principales sont l’animation du SAGE Estuaire de la Loire et la coordination de la gestion de l’eau sur ce périmètre. Le SYLOA porte pour 4 de ses membres (CC Sèvre et Loire, Mauges Communauté, Nantes métropole et Clisson Sèvre et Maine Agglo) des études et travaux au titre de la compétence GEMAPI et l’animation du site Natura2000 du marais de Goulaine. Enfin, il pilote l’animation d’un contrat territorial eau Goulaine, Divatte, Robinets (p3). L’équipe du SYLOA est structurée autour de 3 pôles et composée de 15 agents. L’état des masses d’eau est fortement dégradé sur les bassins versants de Divatte et Goulaine. Le contexte agricole est complexe et multi-filières avec à la fois de la polyculture-élevage, de la viticulture, et du maraîchage industriel sur le bassin de la Goulaine. La mise en place d’infrastructures agro-écologiques à même de réduire les pollutions diffuses complétée d’une mobilisation des parties prenantes favorisant des dynamiques responsables sont attendues.
