Role Description As an IT Program Manager, you will be responsible for all project management processes on high complexity programs or a portfolio of moderate complexity projects pertaining to Cybersecurity. High complexity projects may span functions, organizations, geographic regions, and cultures. You will partner with business development leaders to set strategy and capture growth opportunities that promote strategic goals. You will report to the Senior Manager of IT PMO Operational Excellence, IT Strategy and Planning. This is a remote position. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure that all projects within the program are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while aligning with our goals, governance standards, and IT strategies. - Provide strategic direction and visibility into project performance through reporting and partner engagement. - Define complex program vision, scope, and goals; develop a comprehensive roadmap aligning with our goals. - Oversee the execution of all projects within the program, ensuring delivery and alignment with goals. - Manage overall project performance to meet quality, schedule, and financial goals. - Ensure program sub-projects meet quality expectations and are delivered on schedule and within budget. - Oversee all work activities and motivate to increase performance. - Manage program resource assignments to ensure program goals are achievable. - Maintain agreement of program scope with strategic goals and make recommendations to modify the program to enhance effectiveness toward business results. - Provide leadership to train, motivate, and direct technical and administrative personnel to resolve issues during project implementation. - Identify, analyze, and mitigate program-level risks; develop and implement contingency plans ensuring minimal impact on timelines. - Ensure compliance with IT governance policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements. - Manage the program budget, control costs, and improve resource allocation across paths. - Define and track goals; ensure program deliverables meet quality and business standards. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in IT program management, with experience delivering large-scale IT Cybersecurity projects. - Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field or equivalent experience. - Experience analyzing information for complex decision-making. - Certification in a project management discipline, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) OR PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification required. - Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall. - Experience with IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network components. - Experience with project management tools (MS Project Online, ServiceNow). - Financial & Risk Management: budget tracking, forecasting, and risk mitigation. - Demonstrated abilities in decision making, project management, and out-of-the-box thinking. • Maintain and update all project boards in ClickUp and other PM tools daily, ensuring all data is accurate and audit-ready • Own project data integrity and reporting — dashboards must reflect real-time status across all active engagements • Track deliverables, milestones, and deadlines; proactively flag risks, blockers, and capacity issues • Maintain and refine project documentation, SOPs, process templates, and onboarding materials • Produce weekly and monthly project health reports for internal and client-facing stakeholders • Coordinate and schedule all internal and client-facing meetings (standups, sprint ceremonies, check-ins, QBRs) • Monitor and manage the help desk queue in HubSpot, ensuring all emails and tickets are handled within SLA • Act as a key escalation and coordination point between account managers, leads, and clients • Ensure no communication (emails, tickets, meetings) is missed — own the communication flow • Hold leads and account managers accountable to commitments through structured follow-ups and escalation • Identify bottlenecks and dependencies proactively and drive resolution • Work with department leads to align resource allocation with project demands and sprint capacity • Facilitate daily standups — keep them focused, time-boxed, and actionable • Plan and lead sprint ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews) • Run structured retrospectives to drive continuous improvement • Ensure sprint goals are clearly defined and properly tracked • Monitor velocity and ensure capacity is aligned • Champion Agile best practices across the team • Remove blockers quickly and escalate when needed • Maintain a prioritized backlog with properly estimated and assigned tasks

Role Description As a Supply Chain Resiliency Project Manager, you will oversee projects that improve Supply Chain Resiliency, using supply chain design, category, and component risk frameworks. You will complete projects that are aligned with our goals for efficiency and cost reduction. You will report to the Manager, Supply Chain Resiliency. Role Description Le SYLOA est un syndicat mixte ouvert composé de 16 membres. Ses missions principales sont l’animation du SAGE Estuaire de la Loire et la coordination de la gestion de l’eau sur ce périmètre. Le SYLOA porte pour 4 de ses membres (CC Sèvre et Loire, Mauges Communauté, Nantes métropole et Clisson Sèvre et Maine Agglo) des études et travaux au titre de la compétence GEMAPI et l’animation du site Natura2000 du marais de Goulaine. Enfin, il pilote l’animation d’un contrat territorial eau Goulaine, Divatte, Robinets (p3). L’équipe du SYLOA est structurée autour de 3 pôles et composée de 15 agents. L’état des masses d’eau est fortement dégradé sur les bassins versants de Divatte et Goulaine. Le contexte agricole est complexe et multi-filières avec à la fois de la polyculture-élevage, de la viticulture, et du maraîchage industriel sur le bassin de la Goulaine. La mise en place d’infrastructures agro-écologiques à même de réduire les pollutions diffuses complétée d’une mobilisation des parties prenantes favorisant des dynamiques responsables sont attendues.
