Delegate CX

• Provides information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports, analyzing, and providing recommendations to managements. • Creates and maintains various sales, budgeting and forecasting models for management. • Compiles weekly sales data and creates weekly sales comparisons report for management and sales reps. • Provides accurate sales data to compare and analyze forecasts and budgets vs actual sales. • Prepares weekly data for Flash Sales report by business type. • Prepares the monthly sales digest report for management. • Maintain and create sophisticated sales data spreadsheets in Excel. • Reconciles sales and adjustments and corrects data. • Maintain all pricing in the pricing ERP system. • Update Commission setups for all products • Create and review accounts following the completion of proposals, ensuring accurate pricing, merchandise, and catalogue presentation • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • College degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics and Business Administration, or any related field.
  • 1-3 years of Financial or Pricing Analyst, or any related roles.
  • Experienced and comfortable managing large data sets and creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets.
  • Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas etc.
