As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will have ownership of all elements of bookings growth in new and existing accounts in your assigned region/patch, focused on the enterprise segment. We are seeking a relentless self-starter who is hyper-focused on acquiring new logos by discovering and developing new opportunities, managing pipeline, and executing account strategies, while also driving existing customer expansion. The AE must generate pipeline daily while working with Sales Engineers, Sales Development, Channel Development, and Rubrik Channel Partners to exceed sales quotas. What You'll Do: - Define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities - Develop and manage sales pipeline to move a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process - Identify and close new opportunities for growth working with a mix of mid- large enterprise accounts - Present Rubrik, Inc. solutions within complex data center design environments - Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, and VAR’s to enable rapid growth - Provide Rubrik, Inc. management with feedback about the local market opportunity and identification of new business opportunities and channel partnerships Experience You’ll Need: - Ideally 5+ years Tech sales closing experience (selling either IT Infrastructure or SaaS – ideally both) into mid – large orgs - Consistent track record landing net "new logos" via self sourced pipeline generation activities - Has ideally translated IT pain into business outcomes - Exp selling a complex solution into IT personas - Ideally understands & has used MEDDPICC as a sales qualification tool & Command of the message - Ability to build strong champions - Understanding and experience working with channel partners & SDR's - Highly driven, goal oriented "get it done" attitude - Naturally driven, high levels of Integrity, grit / tenacity but still coachable Join Us in Securing the World's DataRubrik (RBRK), the Security and AI Operations Company, leads at the intersection of data protection, cyber resilience, and enterprise AI acceleration. Role Description The Account Executive, Financial Services is a mid-level sales and account development professional responsible for driving revenue growth at The Stemmler Group. This individual will focus on rekindling and expanding existing client relationships across the financial services sector, including banks, insurance companies, and payments companies, while proactively prospecting for new opportunities within these verticals.
