In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and quality of financial statements while adhering to GAAP standards. Role Description - Sélection et gestion des mandats d'investissements : - Suivi des procédures de sélection des sociétés de gestion de portefeuille. - Participation à la définition des besoins et à la rédaction de la documentation juridique. - Émission des avis sur la recevabilité des candidatures et des offres. - Analyse et négociation des opérations d’investissement dans des fonds d’investissement : - Opérations sur tout type de secteur (capital investissement, immobilier, infrastructures, dette). - Traitement de toute demande en lien avec les participations ainsi détenues. - Conformité juridique et réglementaire : - Suivi des demandes en lien avec le cadre juridique et réglementaire applicable. - Analyse sur la mise en place des différentes classes d’actifs. - Veille juridique sur la réglementation concernant l'activité du FRR. - Appui au suivi des évolutions nécessaires des textes du FRR. - Suivi des prestataires et gouvernance interne : - Suivi de la vie des contrats ou conventions passés avec les prestataires. - Participation aux différents comités internes. - Communication externe du FRR : - Mise à jour du site internet du FRR. - Coordination et finalisation du rapport annuel et du rapport durabilité. - Validation et diffusion des communiqués de presse.
