As a Chargeflow Alert Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving alert transactions within our client’s Payment Service Provider (PSP) system. You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Transaction Management: Efficiently locate and address alert transactions in the PSP system. - Refund Processing: Issue refunds for transactions identified as requiring refunds. - Subscription Management: Cancel active subscriptions associated with these transactions. - Documentation: Accurately document transactions involving chargebacks, unlocated transactions, declines, cancellations, and merchant-initiated refunds on the alert credit sheet. - Merchant Communication: Engage with merchants as needed to enroll them in the service, resolve issues, and provide updates for reporting purposes. - Process Improvement: Offer suggestions and innovative ideas to enhance and streamline the alert management process.
