Job Description: Navier is seeking a highly motivated MBA Interns to support our strategy, product, and growth initiatives. This is a part-time internship averaging approximately 6 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be a current MBA student (or pursuing a similar advanced degree) with strong analytical, research, and communication skills. This role is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience at a fast-growing Series A startup while contributing meaningfully to the future of sustainable maritime mobility. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research and competitive analyses to identify emerging opportunities in maritime, mobility, and adjacent industries. - Support financial modeling and analyses to evaluate new business opportunities and potential partnerships. - Assist with product research, including technical and market positioning. - Prepare strategic presentations and decks for internal stakeholders, investors, and external partners. - Collaborate with leadership on high-impact projects across strategy, business development, and operations. Qualifications: - Current MBA student or pursuing another relevant advanced degree (e.g., Finance, Business, Engineering). - 3+ years of full-time experience in consulting, venture capital, finance, or a related field. - Experience in the mobility, transportation, or maritime sectors is a strong advantage. - Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and presentation abilities, with experience preparing professional-grade decks. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Additional Details: - Average approximately 6 hours/week commitment. - Compensation is global (fixed), not hourly. Job Purpose and Summary As an essential member of our Special Needs Plan (SNP) care team, the telephonic Care Manager Specialist (CMS) plays a key role in coordinating the care of our members, particularly those with social determinants of health (SDoH) needs and stable health conditions.
