Regional Marketing Manager, HKT

MongoDB is looking for a talented and results-driven Regional Marketing Manager based in Hong Kong to drive marketing and account based marketing programs for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan markets. This role works in close alignment with cross-functional stakeholders in sales, marketing, and partner teams. Key responsibilities include developing and executing integrated marketing plans that map to priority business objectives, including: online and offline demand generation programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities. This role will report into the Director of North PacRim Marketing. The working model for this position is hybrid with the expectation of being in the Hong Kong office 2-3 days per week, overseeing the HKTW region. What You Will Do - Develop strong, collaborative relationships with sales leaders, account representatives and go-to-market (GTM) partners in the region to drive territory growth and support GTM plans and co-marketing initiatives for different personas from key accounts - Understand specific challenges within strategic accounts and ability to develop integrated marketing plans and focused programs to engage with new target audiences, generate demand/opportunities and help accelerate consumption - Orchestrate the "One Team" Approach: Lead the cross-functional coordination between Partner Marketing (CSP and Non-CSPs), Developer Advocacy, and Customer Success to ensure a unified MongoDB voice across every touchpoint - Work with global marketing on digital, PR, comms, lead gen, and partner activities to support regional goals, and collaborate with the strategic events team to execute the global event program in your region - Use marketing dashboards and data points to derive insights and inform stakeholders - Ensure consistency of company priorities through brand strategy and messaging in materials and communication - Ensure performance and ROI are tracked, and supporting processes set up to effectively measure outcomes We’re looking for someone with - 5+ years of experience in Integrated Marketing, preferably in Field Marketing and ABM, specifically within the Enterprise Tech/SaaS space - Partner Ecosystem Experience: Familiarity with co-marketing alongside Cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and the AI/ISV ecosystem - Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using intent data and attribution tools (Salesforce, Tableau) to measure ROI and pivot strategies based on account engagement. - Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills are key - Confident in coordinating activity across several stakeholders, partners and agencies both internal and external - Language: Native or professional fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin (Traditional Chinese) and English is mandatory Success Measures - In 1 month, you’ll meet all key stakeholders, understand MongoDB processes and tools, and help execute confirmed campaigns. - In 3 months, you’ll have fostered a relationship with your Regional Directors and Account Executives, understand their top target accounts, and begin executing awareness + revenue -focused marketing opportunities and plan for following quarters. You’ll have also established positive relationships with your extended team members - In 6 months, you’ll have a clear understanding of your key objectives, have executed pipeline acceleration events and demonstrated their impact and have added value to the current marketing plan - In 12 months, you’ll have fostered relationships across internal MongoDB teams and have executed both strategic and scalable programs, co-produced partner events leveraging the MongoDB partnership ecosystem, co-produced regional events that build affinity for MongoDB across developer communities, maintained flawless documentation and reporting of all programs to ensure success, and have a stake in future programming About MongoDB MongoDB is built for change, empowering our customers and our people to innovate at the speed of the market.
