Role Overview As a Project Executive, you will provide leadership across multiple high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets. You will serve as a key liaison between executive leadership, stakeholders, and delivery teams—driving execution excellence from concept through completion. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution Lead end-to-end project delivery, from planning and initiation through execution and closure Define project scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics (KPIs) Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Oversee multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high-quality standards Stakeholder & Executive Engagement Collaborate with senior leadership to align projects with strategic objectives Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to stakeholders and executives Facilitate decision-making by presenting data-driven recommendations Operational Excellence Develop and implement standardized project management processes and frameworks Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve project delivery efficiency Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with teams across operations, IT, finance, product, and external partners Foster a collaborative environment that drives accountability and results Ensure clear communication across all project phases Change Management & Optimization Lead organizational change initiatives related to project outcomes Develop documentation, workflows, and training materials Support adoption of new systems, tools, and processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or executive-level project oversight Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Project) Preferred Qualifications PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification Experience working in remote or distributed team environments Background in technology, consulting, finance, or operations-driven industries Familiarity with data analytics, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate: $68 – $82 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) Performance-based bonuses and incentives Flexible work schedule within a fully remote environment Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Access to modern project management tools and resources Work Environment 100% remote (U.S.-based only) Collaborative, fast-paced, and results-oriented culture Regular virtual meetings with leadership and cross-functional teams Equal Opportunity Statement We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
