We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Chief of Staff in a big wellness company dedicated to developing, manufacturing, marketing, and distributing a wide range of personal care products through a diverse portfolio of brands. We offer 100% remote, part-time work. Requirements: - Experience of supporting executives or teams - Preferably experience working in the IT industry - Familiarity with project-management or collaboration tools - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency with calendar tools and email platforms - Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Professional handling of confidential information - Strong spoken and verbal English communication skills Working conditions: - Remote work - Part-time (20 hours/week) - Working hours 9:00 AM–1:00 PM MST - Interaction with a team from the USA - Attractive USD compensation
