Role Description We're looking for a Partnership Associate to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you'll work closely with well-known brands and merchants across the UAE, helping them onboard into popular loyalty and rewards programs. This is a client-facing role, you'll engage directly with brand managers, marketing heads, and business owners to present partnership opportunities, explain program benefits, and support them through the onboarding process. If you're passionate about marketing, partnerships, and brand collaboration, this role gives you exposure to some of the biggest consumer brands in the region and sets you on the path to a strong career in business development, marketing, or client relations. Key Responsibilities - Identify and reach out to potential merchants and brands for partnership opportunities. - Present and explain loyalty program benefits to potential partners. - Support merchants through the onboarding process, from initial contact to offer activation. - Maintain accurate records of communication and onboarding progress. - Coordinate internally with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth merchant setup. - Build long-term relationships with merchants and contribute to growing the partner network. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – full training will be provided. - Prior internship or experience in sales, marketing, or partnerships is a plus (not mandatory). - Must be based in the UAE and legally eligible to work. Requirements - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated and eager to learn about brand partnerships and loyalty ecosystems. - Comfortable engaging with clients (email, phone, meetings, or events). - Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in following up with partners. - Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
