Opportunity Overview: Cohere is looking for a proactive Senior Implementation Manager to help lead implementations for new clients as we expand into new markets. In this customer-facing role, you’ll coordinate all activities needed for a successful launch and work closely with teams across the company. You’ll partner with Solutions during sales and pre-implementation planning, and with Customer Success to support ongoing customer growth after launch. You’ll also help shape our implementation best practices and contribute to building a standardized playbook for future customers. This role is critical in ensuring our early customers succeed and in supporting Cohere’s continued growth. You’ll report to the Director of Implementation and collaborate with both commercial and clinical teams. What you’ll do: - Own overall implementation from end to end, both internally and externally with client teams - Partner with the solutions team in moving from pitch to close by serving in an internal project management capacity - Work closely with solutioning and product strategy teams to convert initial launch and expansion vision into tactical implementation plans - Partner with health plan and risk bearing provider clients to successfully launch Cohere Health products within their organization - Act as the key liaison between client implementation team and cross functional teams at Cohere to drive day to day implementation activities - Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, both externally and within Cohere - Project manage and monitor the implementation process, working closely with clients, vendor partners, and Cohere teams - Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan, involving all relevant stakeholders and closely monitoring the status of key deliverables - Track and report on implementation progress and key risks and issues - Refine implementation best practices and create an efficient and repeatable model for future clients - Work collaboratively to define and optimize processes for effectiveness, efficiency, and consistency - Support the creation of a playbook to guide process for implementing with additional customers What you’ll need: - 6-7 years of experience in healthcare working with payers, flexible mindset - progress over polish, able to exhibit comfortableness with ambiguity - Exceptional communication skills with strong interpersonal skills and experience in customer-facing roles - Experience working in a fast paced environment and ability to quickly ramp up and understand the technical work of many different teams - Organized and detail-oriented with demonstrated success running a implementation work, including project plan definition through execution - High level technical knowledge and understanding to be able to liaise with and understand product, development and engineering teams’ tasks - Intellectually curious, able to self-start solution discovery (exhibits owner mentality) - Prior experience and high level of comfort working in powerpoint (including storytelling via slides), microsoft project, monday.com, and excel Pay & Perks: 💻 Fully remote opportunity with about 25% travel 🩺 Medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and Employee Assistance Program 📈 401K retirement plan with company match; flexible spending and health savings account 🏝️ Flexible Time Off + Company Holidays 👶 Up to 14 weeks of paid parental leave 🐶 Pet insurance The salary range for this position is $118,000 to $148,000 annually; as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k and bonus.
