NTD Software
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React, Django, and Python. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deploy scalable, high-performance software solutions. • Support both front-end and back-end development tasks, including implementing UX/UI, React, RESTful APIs, and working with relational databases. • Ensure code quality through best practices, unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to industry standards. • Diagnose and resolve software defects, performance bottlenecks, and technical debt to maintain high application stability and reliability. • Actively participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes, tools, and technologies. • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance the software stack and improve overall product quality.
Job Requirements
- Startup experience designing and building products from scratch. A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, able to manage tasks independently and consistently deliver high-quality results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a focus on React, Python, Django, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience working with databases, particularly PostgreSQL, WebSocket, AWS Lambda, and front-end frameworks like React and/or Vue.
- Familiarity with Machine Learning (ML), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), GPT, and Prompt Engineering.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a diverse, globally distributed team.
- Demonstrated experience with Docker and LocalStack.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and proficiency in using them for collaborative development.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies and a proven track record of applying them in real-world projects.

Job Description The Fullstack Web Development Course Instructor is an important part of the instructional team. With a strong focus on the academic success of every student, instructors use their subject matter expertise, deep understanding of the curriculum, and student population to: - Identify trends impeding academic success. - Conduct targeted outreach and provide instruction to target groups and individuals. - Build capable learners, confident in their ability to succeed academically and in life. Instructors do not develop lessons or assessments, nor do they issue grades on student work (grading is handled by a centrally managed pool of qualified Graders). Their focus is on the academic success of every student in their care. Important: This is a part-time work-from-home position with the following flexible schedule: - 10-12 hours per week (may vary week-to-week) - At least 5 days worked each week - Required attendance at periodic team meetings (as established by the department) Course Description Teaching and mentoring students using backend and fullstack web development technologies (including Node.js, relational databases, NoSQL databases, and React) in the following courses: - ITM 111 - Introduction to Database - CSE 340 – Web Backend Development - CSE 341 – Web Services - WDD 430 – Web Fullstack Development These courses teach students how to develop dynamic, data-driven web applications and to collaborate with other developers on teams.
