Enterprise Account Executive
Happy Returns, a UPS Company
• Work with Happy Returns internal teams (Marketing, Client Success, Onboarding, Tech etc.) to deliver winning solutions to clients • Collaborate with UPS internal teams (Customer Success and Sales) to strategize account plans and deliver a “one UPS” solution • Create sales strategies and unique value propositions and solutions for clients • Own and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution • Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling, attending tradeshows and networking • Build and manage a sales pipeline • Design and deliver sales proposals and presentations on product benefits and value proposition • Negotiate and execute client agreements • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and identify upsell opportunities • Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors • Stay current with company offerings and industry trends
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience exceeding quotas
- Excellent oral and written communication skills & outstanding virtual and in person presentation skills
- Experience with proactive, consultative, value-based selling
- Significant experience in complex, targeted account sales strategies
- Track record of thriving in ambiguity
- Ability to manage a multi-threaded sales process and competitive deals
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines
- Ability to build consensus and gain internal approval with both Happy Returns and UPS cross functionally (Operations, Finance, Tech, etc.) to for bespoke customer solutions
- Obsessive attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in PPT, Salesforce, and other CRM software, with aptitude to learn systems
- Prior experience with eCommerce
