About the Role: We are seeking a Sr. Data Scientist to lead AI-driven insights and predictive analytics for enterprise business applications, focusing on critical processes such as Quote-to-Cash, Renewals, Churn & Contraction, and Business Review Automation. This role will leverage enterprise data from Data Lake solutions like Snowflake and deliver actionable insights through Tableau (preferred BI tool) to optimize Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and GTM Operations. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen, translating complex data insights into clear, impactful presentations for executive leadership. They will work closely with business leaders, data engineers, and product teams to develop predictive models and analytical solutions that enhance revenue forecasting, improve retention strategies, and automate decision-making. What You'll Do: - Develop and implement predictive analytics and machine learning models to optimize Quote-to-Cash, Renewals, Churn & Contraction, and Business Review Automation processes. - Work with large-scale enterprise datasets in Snowflake and other Data Lake solutions to extract, clean, and transform data for business applications. - Create and deliver insightful data visualizations and dashboards in Tableau, making complex data accessible to executive teams and functional leaders. - Present data findings and predictive model insights to business leaders, and key stakeholders, translating complex models into actionable business recommendations. - Partner with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams to improve forecasting models, sales pipeline analysis, and revenue optimization. - Automate key business review processes using AI and advanced analytics, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy. - Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance in business reporting and analytics. - Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI, ML, and business analytics, identifying opportunities for innovation and automation. The Principal Biostatistician II manages and monitors all aspects of time and project management relating to staff effort, regulatory milestones, and/or goal timelines for at least one team of others either internal or external to the Department or Mayo Clinic. The Principal Biostatistician II will delegate tasks to statistical programmers, Biostatisticians, and other study personnel for most studies. The Principal Biostatistician II will summarize and communicate project findings to study team members, investigators, journal and grant reviewers, committees, and other individuals and entities as needed. The Principal Biostatistician II acts as an expert in writing statistical analysis plans and analysis data set specifications. The Principal Biostatistician II will contribute significantly to grant and report writing, scientific publications and/or regulatory reports, and may publish as a first or senior author in peer-reviewed journals. The Principal Biostatistician II functions as the primary statistician on most studies. The Principal Biostatistician II may serve as a co-investigator, key-personnel, or lead statistician independently on clinical trials, external collaborations or grants as approved by the Department. The Principal Biostatistician II has leadership role(s) in committees, task forces, or working groups within and/or outside of the Department or Mayo Clinic and may present in professional meetings outside of the Department or Mayo Clinic.
