We are seeking a Collections Specialist III - Remote. As our Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our current customers with outstanding accounts and all other aspects of collections. Additionally, you will utilize your investigative skills to resolve any billing questions or issues. Position will be fully remote. Candidates must be available to work Monday - Friday day shift. Your Impact - Manage a portfolio of 450+ customer accounts - Provide back up for other collectors on delinquent accounts as needed - Process AR reporting for Sales/Operations and Accounting - Assist customers with questions about their account - Provide documents to customers upon request (statements/invoices) - Transmit credit card and electronic payments as received - Process and mail month-end statements - Monitor credit limits and release orders - Maintain accurate and up to date collection notes - Perform other related duties as required Minimum Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED - 3 years of AR experience managing high volume of commercial accounts in a corporate setting Additional Success Factors - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Experience with Trend software a plus - Act with integrity in all ways and at all times, remaining honest, transparent, and respectful in all relationships - Keep the patient at the center of everything that you do, building lifelong trust - Foster open collaboration and constructive dialogue with everyone around you - Continuously innovate new solutions, influencing and responding to change - Focus on superior outcomes, and calibrate work processes for outstanding results #LI-Remote Pay range of $20.00 to $25.0 per hour + annual bonus: up to 5% of base pay depending on bonus criteria. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
