Primary Objectives: - Partner closely with Sales Directors to deliver best-in-class service and strategic support to clients. - Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing ongoing support, driving renewals, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. - Proactively assess client needs, goals, and preferences, adapting ways of working to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional experiences. - Analyze data and insights from Prodege’s backend analytics to share trends, learnings, and actionable recommendations with clients during and after campaigns. - Manage campaigns end-to-end, from initial planning and setup through activation and launch in the live environment. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Creative, and Ad Operations teams to ensure successful campaign execution. - Communicate clearly and consistently with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment, accountability, and ownership of key deliverables. Detailed Job Duties: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing day-to-day support across all phases of campaign execution, from kickoff through launch, optimization, reporting, and renewal. - Manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously, adapting to fast-paced environments, quick turnarounds, and evolving client needs. - Coordinate asset collection and requirements, ensuring clear and timely communication across internal teams. - Act as the central liaison between clients and cross-functional partners (Sales, Creative, Ad Operations) to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery. - Analyze campaign performance and share optimization recommendations aligned to client objectives. - Ensure all contractual deliverables and client expectations are met through close collaboration with internal stakeholders. - Partner with Sales to support renewals and identify opportunities for account growth. - Prepare and present post-campaign reporting and performance insights to support ongoing client relationships. - Proactively resolve issues and maintain high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service. - Share client feedback and marketplace insights to inform product and process improvements. Travel as needed for client meetings, sales engagements, or industry events. The MUST Haves: - Three or more (3+) years of experience at a digital, interactive, or shopper marketing agency (or equivalent). - Proven success in account management, with a track record of retaining, renewing, and growing client relationships. - Strong understanding of digital and interactive marketing strategies and campaign execution. - Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools appropriately to improve efficiency, analysis, problem solving, or content development within the scope of the role, while validating outputs and adhering to company security, confidentiality, and quality standards. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence clients and internal stakeholders. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to use data to inform recommendations. - Exceptional organizational, project management, prioritization, and multitasking skills. - Ability to think creatively and strategically, including comfort with consultative selling and negotiation. - Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and performs well under pressure. - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to travel as required (up to 50% for sales-aligned roles; up to 10% for other roles, as applicable). The Nice to Haves: - BA/BS degree preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and Google Sheets and Slides - Experience with Hubspot, JIRA, Sigma  Pay Transparency: The anticipated on-target earnings range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location.
