Detailed Job Duties: (typical monthly, weekly, daily tasks which support the primary objectives) - Revenue Optimization & Profit Maximization: - Manage daily performance metrics of each mobile game offer, tracking installs, reward payouts, conversion rates, caps, publisher sources, and gross profit margins. - Identify optimization opportunities in high-margin geos, scalable sources, or reward-value sweet spots. - Execute controlled tests like reward adjustments, geo expansions, and new network activations, optimizing offers within client constraints while enhancing gross profit. - Offer Operations & Tactical Execution: - Manage traffic flow across networks by adjusting placements, optimizing caps, and responding to underperformance. - Ensure accurate set-up, tracking, and monitoring of offers across teams through structured workflows and systems like JIRA. - Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Management: - Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, AdOps, and others to align priorities and improvements. - Participate in cross-team change-management initiatives to foster best practices and workflow improvements. - Support change-management initiatives that strengthen campaign management processes across the organization. - Data Insights, Forecasting & Reporting: - Analyze financial, performance, and user behavior trends to inform data-driven optimization decisions that increase margin and yield. - Deliver clear daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on offer performance, including trend analysis, margin insights, and forecast variance for internal stakeholders. - Process Automation & Technology Integration: - Work with leadership to automate repetitive tasks and enhance operational speed. - Master Prodege’s adtech and internal tools, leveraging automation and AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and scale decision-making.    What Success Looks Like: - Improvement in gross profit margins. - Effective operational control over performance levers. - Actionable insights and strategic contributions from data. - Smooth team collaboration and operational workflow. - Timely and accurate reports that support strategic decisions. - Strong, aligned team relationships and prioritized, decisive problem-solving under pressure. The MUST Haves: (ex: skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses) - Three or more (3+) years in operational management within adtech, market research, or performance marketing. - Proven cross-departmental collaboration and clear communication skills. - Advanced organizational skills, time management, and task prioritization to meet deadlines. - Proficiency in data analysis with tools such as PowerBI, Snowflake, Sigma, Metabase. - Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools appropriately to improve efficiency, analysis, problem solving, or content development within the scope of the role, while validating outputs and adhering to company security, confidentiality, and quality standards. The Nice to Haves: (preferred additional skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses) - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/professional experience is highly preferred. - Prior experience with product development is preferred. Pay Transparency: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location.
