Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience

  • Strong technical and business judgment; comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience or educational background in internet technology concepts relevant to ISPs, such as routing (IGP/BGP), network and traffic management, network interconnection, server hardware/software, and data center operations
  • Willingness to work across time zones as needed to collaborate with our global teams and support our ISP partners

This new role on the Open Connect Partner Enablement team will work cross-functionally to enable high-quality and consistent messaging and themes across all of our internal, public, and partner-facing collateral. The range for this role is $210,000.00 - $360,000.00. This compensation range will vary based on location. Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits.
