Sales Development Representative – Staffing & Recruitment

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in **selling staffing or recruitment services (must-have)**
- Demonstrated success in **appointment setting that contributed to revenue growth**
- Strong communication skills with a professional phone presence
- Experience with high-volume outbound sales (cold calling)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in English (business-level fluency required)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred) and sales tools (ZoomInfo, Microsoft 365)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
