Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a passionate German Speaking Travel Representative to join our team in the tourism industry. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting German-speaking customers in planning and booking their travel arrangements, providing exceptional service to make their travel experiences smooth and enjoyable. Key Responsibilities - Provide personalized travel advice and support to German-speaking clients across various communication channels. - Handle travel bookings including flights, accommodations, and tours, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction. - Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Stay updated with travel industry trends, regulations, and promotional offers to inform clients effectively. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools for follow-up and service improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in the travel or tourism industry, especially in customer service or booking roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and common office software.
  • Passion for travel and knowledge of popular travel destinations.
