Flexibility and attention to detail are key, as you will handle multiple HR functions while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality. - Manage employee onboarding, background checks, and orientation processes. - Coordinate recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, managing feedback, and finalizing offers. - Administer payroll inputs, benefits programs, PTO tracking, and leave management. - Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and industry-specific regulations. - Support SOC2 compliance activities for analytics teams. - Maintain accurate HR records, dashboards, and reporting metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire. - Organize employee engagement initiatives, including festivals, celebrations, and wellness programs. - Uphold strict confidentiality in all HR-related matters. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. - 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in analytics recruiting. - Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Knowledge of labor laws, employment equity regulations, and HR best practices. - Experience in payroll administration and HR data management. - Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities. - Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, email, and HR information systems. - Experience working in small, agile companies and remote environments. - Exposure to Latin American recruitment preferred.
