About the role: You will help support the Specialty Contracting team. You will focus on National Ancillary Agreements, Single Case Agreements (SCAs), and Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR). Responsibilities: - Support and direct involvement with negotiating contracts with assigned healthcare providers, focusing on favorable terms and compliance with organizational standards, strategy, and regulatory requirements. - Negotiate Single Case Agreements (SCA's) and Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) cases. - Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of assigned provider contracts, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. - With support from your leader, uses data and analytics of provider financial issues and competitor strategies to inform negotiation and contracting decisions. - Support implementation of contracting policies and workflows; monitor and ensure effective and efficient contracting processes are in place. - With input and support from their leader, monitor and analyze key metrics for network performance, cost, and provider satisfaction, and provide reports to leadership for assigned provider accounts. - Build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers and ensure timely and professional resolution of provider issues to ensure network stability and quality. - Help track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor provider satisfaction and operational efficiency. - Support provider onboarding, training, and resource distribution.. - Collaborate with internal teams such as Claims, Credentialing, and Contracting to resolve routine provider issues. - Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and enhance provider experience. - Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations - Other duties as assigned Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in provider network operations or contracting or provider services - 1+ years of experience in Health Insurance and/or Healthcare industry - 1+ years experience navigating and organizing large datasets such as claim files and provider rosters Bonus points: - Associate's degree or equivalent professional working experience. Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and support complex enterprise network environments. This role will lead network initiatives end-to-end—from architecture and design through deployment, testing, and production turn-up—while ensuring high performance, reliability, and security across LAN and wireless infrastructures. Key Responsibilities - Design, configure, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, wireless controllers, and access points - Lead network projects across the full lifecycle: design, build, configuration, testing, and deployment - Develop and author network configuration scripts (not limited to execution of pre-built scripts) - Troubleshoot complex network issues across LAN and wireless environments - Manage and optimize Layer 2 and Layer 3 network protocols and services - Perform software upgrades, patching, and licensing management for Cisco IOS environments - Design and maintain scalable LAN architecture aligned with business requirements - Deploy and support wireless environments, including controllers and access points - Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to deliver network solutions - Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and presentations (Visio, PowerPoint, etc.) Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on experience in LAN Network Engineering - 5+ years of experience developing network configuration scripts - 5+ years of experience with Cisco routers and switches (configuration & troubleshooting) - Expert-level knowledge of Cisco routing and switching technologies - VSS (Virtual Switching System) and HSRP - MACsec configuration and troubleshooting - Layer 2 tunneling protocols - Layer 2/3 protocols (Spanning Tree, IPv4, 802.1Q, EIGRP) - IP addressing and subnetting - Cisco IOS upgrades and licensing - Experience with LAN design and architecture (5+ years preferred) - Experience deploying and managing wireless networks (controllers and access points) - Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with technical teams and leadership - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications - CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) or higher certification Work Environment - Fully remote role - Collaborative, project-driven environment supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure

• Operate and maintain secure network solutions operated as a centralized enterprise capability for the US Army. • Partner with key stakeholders and technical experts to perform legacy environment discovery, assessing current network routing, configurations, and requirements to provide migration support for the Army global wide-area network. • Analyze and understand secure SD-WAN and MPLS connectivity inclusive of underlay, overlay, and transport design that supports performance, quality of service, security, and mission requirements. • Support the transformation of Virtual Routing and Forwarding (VRF), route tables, and traffic segmentation from legacy routers to the AGUN solution. • Collect, investigate, and identify network optimization and resource management strategies and techniques to meet capacity and performance standards. • Work with information assurance teams and the AGUN cybersecurity service provider (CSSP) to ensure compliance to DoD standards to assist with maintenance of the network security posture. • Document designs, diagrams, drawings, and technical narratives using wiki technologies and common diagram and drawing tools

• Support Google Regional PM and Project Director on data centre technical fitout projects • Act as the secondary technical POC for local teams and connect with cross functional teams • Support Regional PM for end-to-end responsibility from planning to handover of the fit out works • Resolve issues promptly based on technical requirements or escalate accordingly • Ensure work is performed safely with high quality of workmanship
