Job Summary We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a remote sales job focused on outbound prospecting within the staffing and recruitment industry. This role is ideal for a high-energy, results-driven professional with experience selling into HR, staffing, or recruitment companies. You will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth by booking qualified meetings for senior sales executives through high-volume outbound calling and strategic prospect engagement. Key Responsibilities - Conduct 100–120 outbound cold calls daily, targeting HR leaders, staffing firms, and recruitment agencies - Schedule 10–15 qualified sales appointments per week - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (Pipedrive) - Research prospects using tools like ZoomInfo to identify high-value leads - Collaborate with senior sales executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities - Support additional sales-related tasks as needed
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in selling staffing or recruitment services (must-have)
- Demonstrated success in appointment setting that contributed to revenue growth
- Strong communication skills with a professional phone presence
- Experience with high-volume outbound sales (cold calling)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in English (business-level fluency required)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred) and sales tools (ZoomInfo, Microsoft 365)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Nice-to-Haves
- B2B telemarketing or outbound sales experience
- Experience engaging with executives and decision-makers
