This role will be responsible for executing day-to-day HR functions across recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate is a people-first problem solver who can balance strategic thinking with operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Employee Lifecycle & Operations - Oversee recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews - Lead onboarding and offboarding efforts to ensure smooth employee experience - Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS - Support payroll and benefits administration, including open enrollment and vendor coordination - Provide guidance to employees on company policies, procedures, and HR-related inquiries - Support employee changes including promotions, transfers, and compensation updates - Ensure a seamless employee experience across all touchpoints HR Support - Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions (policies, benefits, payroll, etc.) - Support performance management processes (documentation, tracking, coordination) Benefits & Payroll Support - Administer benefits programs and act as liaison with brokers/vendors - Support open enrollment and employee education - Partner with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing - Handle leave of absence tracking (FMLA, state leaves, etc.) Compliance & HR Administration - Maintain and audit HR documentation and personnel files - Support audits (internal/external) and reporting needs - Assist with policy updates HR Systems & Reporting - Maintain data integrity across HR systems - Generate reports (headcount, turnover, recruiting metrics, etc.) - Support system implementations and process improvements - Support HR initiatives such as performance management cycles, engagement surveys, and org changes Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field - 2-4 years of experience in a generalist or similar HR role - Experience supporting a fast-paced, high-growth environment (tech preferred) - Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals (employee relations, compliance, benefits, payroll) - Experience with HRIS platforms (UKG, or similar) - Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws (multi-state preferred) Compensation : - Base salary range: 65-75k - Bonus: 10% Location: Remote Department: HR Reports to: HR Manager AppGate is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. Job Details: The Job/What You’ll Do: The Dispatch Specialist I is responsible for managing dispatch functions for crisis line services. Work Schedule: Thursday 2:00 AM - 7:30 AM AND Thursday-Saturday 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM Work Location: Remote Responsibilities: - Receives and dispatches teams/clinicians timely and effectively. Provides concise and accurate information to teams/clinicians; maintains awareness of teams/clinicians’ needs and safety.
