Real Estate Trust Accountant
C9 Teams
• Manage daily trust accounting activities in compliance with state-based trust accounting regulations. • Process receipts, payments, reconciliations, and adjustments accurately and on time. • Prepare monthly trust account reconciliations and statutory reports. • Monitor trust transactions and ensure all entries are compliant and properly documented. • Resolve discrepancies and liaise with property managers and stakeholders where needed. • Support audits and provide required documentation promptly. • Maintain accurate financial records within PropertyMe and VaultRE.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Trust Accountant in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of Australian real estate trust accounting legislation and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in PropertyMe and VaultRE is essential.
- High level of accuracy, time management, and financial discipline.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related discipline.
