As a Payments Consultant for our 360 Payments product, your main objective is to get prospective customers excited about what we’re doing and sign new opportunities into the 360 ecosystem. You’ll be an integral part of helping the company build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and grow its revenue. What You’ll Do: Engage prospective customers by phone and email. Qualify outbound leads and advance them to the next step in our company’s sales cycle. Make a great first impression with our prospects by demonstrating strong knowledge in key areas such as product, competitors, industry, and more (you’ll be thoroughly trained on this!) Hit your monthly targets for signed deals. Participate in industry trade shows acquiring a large number of leads. Be a product knowledge expert and successfully overcome prospective customer objections. Actively look for opportunities to improve and optimize our sales processes. Accurately enter and maintain clean data in our CRM (Salesforce) Learn our technology stack (Salesforce, Salesloft) to become more efficient and effective at your job. Travel requirement: May require occasional travel to company offices, team meetings, or conference/sales events (approx. 5%). What You Bring 1 - 2 years of experience in the payments industry Track record of success hitting sales targets Highly motivated with a competitive spirit Someone who can manage their time Self-motivated Strong professional ethics Strong written and verbal communication skills Reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $50k + commission and bonus On-Target Earnings (OTE): $30k – $90k This role may be eligible for additional compensation, including bonus or commission, where applicable. Eligible employees may receive: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Compensation is based on experience, skills, and location and represents a good faith estimate in accordance with applicable laws. Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Remote Work Environment: This role may be performed remotely. Employees must have a dedicated and safe workspace that allows them to effectively perform job duties.
