Site Manager – Construction
Archmill House
• Oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and other construction-related personnel • Monitor work progress and quality, conduct regular inspections • Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of project progress • Act as a liaison between project managers, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders • Identify and resolve problems that may arise during construction • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in commercial construction projects
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience in constructability analysis
- Maintain a high sense of urgency and adaptability
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with construction management software
- Relevant certifications or licenses are advantageous
- Must have a valid passport.

• Drive successful Finance and Insurance (F&I) performance in our markets • Work directly with store management to accelerate their Customer Financial Services (F&I) performance
