About the Role: JumpCloud is seeking an experienced, proactive, and versatile Executive Assistant to join our Mexico-based EA team. This role provides essential executive-level support to key functional global leaders. The ideal candidate thrives on organization and can seamlessly transition between high-level scheduling, travel management and meeting preparation. This person will serve as a professional and courteous representative of our executive team and brand, screening and directing communications as appropriate. They will have excellent time management and prioritization skills, as well as the ability to anticipate needs and operate with the appropriate levels of discretion. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar support role, preferably within a fast-growing, international technology company. - Expertise with Google Workspace (G-Suite), particularly Google Calendar for complex, global multi-time zone scheduling as well as travel booking (Egencia etc), expense reporting software (Expensify etc) and video conferencing platforms ( Google Meet, Zoom etc). - Exceptional organizational and time management skills with an acute attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of global staff and external partners/customers, including Executives, Customers and Board Members. - JumpCloud is a global company with team members in 15+ countries. This role may require flexible working hours when necessary for meetings or events. - It may periodically require travel for on-site attendance at meetings or to support events. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Executive Calendar Management: Manage complex, dynamic calendars for the C-suite level global executives, strategically prioritizing meetings, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts across multiple global time zones, and ensuring leaders' time is optimized. - Prioritization: Proactively review, prioritize, and manage scheduling conflicts, ensuring critical meetings and objectives are consistently met. - Meeting Logistics: Schedule and organize sensitive and high-stakes meetings, including Board meetings, leadership planning sessions, customer engagements and all-hands gatherings. This includes coordinating cross-functional attendance, reserving space, and managing technology setup. - Travel & Expenses: Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel logistics (flights, accommodations, ground transportation, etc) and process detailed expense reports and invoices in a timely manner. - Communication: Prepare, proofread, and format confidential presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the supported executives. - Confidentiality: Handle highly sensitive information related with the utmost discretion and professionalism. #LI-MH1 Where you’ll be working/Location: JumpCloud® is committed to being Remote First, meaning that you are able to work remotely within the country noted in the Job Description.
