• Lead high-priority enterprise consolidation project • Migrate and centralize source code from various GitHub Organizations and BitBucket instances • Establish a gold-standard environment focused on governance and security compliance • Architect the '8am' GitHub Org structure • Partner with IT/DevX for IAM Integration • Develop CircleCI integration plan for new Organization • Establish mandatory repo naming conventions and a metadata tagging taxonomy • Define Enterprise-level policies for branch protection • Help develop training materials for Developers transitioning into GitHub

• Ability to lead and act as a Solution Architect full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects, with varying levels of size and complexity, by translating complex business requirements and processes into NetSuite technical designs in a remote or in-person capacity as requested by the client, including but not limited to video or onsite interaction • Solution delivery responsibilities span all project phases, including: discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment. Acts as the highest level of escalation on functional issues within delivery teams. • Perform fit/gap analysis on business requirements en route to system design and execution • Develop wireframe and schematic diagrams to support customer requirements gathering and overall business process discovery • Lead project management activities such as project planning, creation of work breakdown structures, and change control • Collaborate and work closely with in-house development team to implement custom solutions. Develop these custom solutions in a clear and comprehensive Technical Design Documents. • Act proactively and as a trusted client advocate during engagements by providing implementation and industry specific best practices. • Contribute to various internal MHI initiatives including resource mentorship and ongoing education • Willingness to learn and develop NetSuite product skills in all areas as required by customer engagements • This role may include travel, and occasional flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends which may be necessary to meet project deadlines or address unforeseen circumstances during engagements

• Design and implement end-to-end data and machine learning solutions using Databricks • Develop and optimize data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and ML workflows • Build, train, and deploy machine learning models for real-world business use cases • Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Provide technical leadership and best practices in data engineering and ML architecture • Optimize performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency of data platforms • Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are met • Support troubleshooting, debugging, and continuous improvement of data and ML systems • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Databricks and ML technologies

• Lead the end-to-end FedRAMP readiness and authorization activities • Develop FedRAMP documentation including SSP and POA&M • Conduct readiness assessments and gap analyses • Prepare teams for 3PAO audits and manage evidence collection • Support security compliance operations and train stakeholders
