Alabang (96050), Philippines, Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region (Manila) Data Manager, Extended Operations (Well Managed Solutions) Summary: - Acts as the primary technical and operational liaison between US leadership and the Philippines pod, ensuring global adherence to WMS data standards. Responsible for understanding the objectives of the business while developing and managing the outsourced supplier network that meets performance, cost, and risk goals. Monitors reports which detail supplier performance and makes recommendations for improvement, as needed. Lead and develop strategies, processes, or projects that will improve business performance. Develops skills of the team to leverage strengths and fill gaps to address performance and risk areas. Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and responsible data usage. General Responsibilities : - Develop scalable workflows, documentation standards, and potentially automation readiness for future process optimization - Enforce WMS project management standards (Jira workflows) across US and Philippines teams to ensure unified reporting and execution - Manage C1PHl WMS data shares, design and maintain a suite of dashboards and ad hoc data support for the Supply Chain Operations team - Manage and maintain the control summary dashboards to ensure controls owned by WMS are being executed according to SLA (Service Level Agreements) and meeting performance targets - Identify and execute opportunities to convert manual risk controls into automated data monitors within the supply chain ecosystem - Lead the Philippines pod in executing complex data tasks, ensuring high-integrity output for inventory and compliance requirements - Deliver objective progress updates to leadership using Jira-based velocity tracking and standardized reporting cycles. - Leading moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and direct reports - Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements - Leverage problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent - Partnering cross-functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery - Assess and manage supplier performance by generating and analyzing supplier data inventory - Establish a strategic vision with suppliers and drive execution - Reporting, analysis and communications of supplier performance - Identify and escalate discrepancies, non-standard terms, or areas of risk - Lead process design and analysis projects in concert with external vendors - All other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in any field - Strong background in Control Design and Testing - Demonstrated expertise in creating, deploying and maintaining dashboards for inventory and risk tracking - Exceptional attention to detail: ability to identify inconsistencies and compliance red flags across a wide range of datasets - Demonstrated expertise in managing projects or processes - Expert-level ability to build, deploy, and maintain automated dashboards for inventory and risk tracking. - Advanced skill in managing Jira boards, epics, and documentation for cross-functional technical teams - Ability to perform code reviews and data validation to ensure accuracy in Philippines-led workstreams - Experience in using Amazon Quicksight - 5 years of relevant experience in leading and managing a team Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or any related field - Programming Certification (Advanced SQL, Python etc.) No agencies please.
